Shipping policy
At Brog we do not use third-party couriers. We handle your order from our warehouse directly to your bedroom, ensuring your new bed arrives in perfect condition.
Delivery Timeline
We aim to deliver all orders within 21 working days from the date of the purchase. Because we manage deliveries ourselves we must operate on a specific delivery schedule.
Saturday Deliveries
To accommodate our customers' busy weekday schedules, all our deliveries are made on Saturdays. This allows us to provide a more focused service and ensures we have enough time required to assembly your bed correctly.
Scheduling and Communcation
We value your time and aim to keep you informed throughout the process:
- You will receive an email confirmation immediately after your order is placed.
- We will contact you via e-mail 7 days before your scheduled Saturday Delivery. In the e-mail, we will provide you with a delivery time window and confirm your address details.
On the Day of Delivery
Please ensure:
- The room where the bed is to be fitted is clear of old furniture.
- There is a clear, safe path from the entrance of your home to the bedroom.
- An adult (18+) is present to inspect the goods and sign for the delivery.
Missed Deliveries
We coordinate our Saturday routes with precision. If we arrive within the agreed time window and are unable to complete the delivery due to no one being home or restricted access, the following applies:
- A re-delivery charge will be applied to cover the delivery costs of the failed attempt and the scheduling of a new Saturday slot.
- The new delivery date will be scheduled for a subsequent Saturday, subject to availability within our 21 working day framework.
Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to Mainland UK only. We do not deliver to remote areas.
