Returns Policy

1. No Returns or Refunds

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. Each item is crafted specifically for you, and cannot be resold or repurposed.

2. Cancellation

Order can be cancelled within 48 hours of your purchase. After that time we assume that you would like to proceed with your order and production of your order will start.

3. Quality Guarantee

We stand by the quality of our craftsmanship. If your bespoke item arrives damaged or with a defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will assess the issue and, if confirmed, repair or remake the item at no additional cost.

4. Order Accuracy

It is your responsibility to ensure all details (measurements, materials, design specifications) are accurate at the time of order. We recommend double-checking your order confirmation before production begins.
